Fees should be paid within 5th of every month without fail. If failed, fine will
be collected as per norms.
Fees structure will be increased every year in the month of January

I was there for 2 years, I find it like a another home. The owners are very considerable, caring and responsible. Personally they supported me a lot. Food is good. 24/7 water and wifi connection available. So caring and considerate warden. Well secured and best choice for a resident.
